Return/Refund Policy

1. Qualification:
1. Products purchased directly from Stoneinnovations are eligible for returns and refunds, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
b. Customized or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on the part of Stoneinnovations.

2. Return period:
1. Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
b. Late return requests may be subject to denial or additional fees.

3. Return process:
1. To initiate a return, customers must contact Stoneinnovations's customer support team and provide their order number, product details and reason for return.
b. Upon approval, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must accompany the returned product.
c. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

4. Refill fee:
1. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.
b. The replenishment fee covers handling, inspection and inventory replenishment expenses incurred by Stoneinnovations.

5. Refund process:
1. Once the returned product has been received and inspected by Stoneinnovations, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
b. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used during the original purchase, unless otherwise specified by Stoneinnovations.

6. Non-refundable items:
1. Certain items may not be eligible for return and refund due to safety or hygiene reasons, as determined by Stoneinnovations.

b. Stoneinnovations's decisions regarding eligibility, replenishment costs and refunds are final.
